WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Originals - I ship Original Paintings from my home in Alabama and I prefer to use Fed Ex for large paintings; UPS for the smaller artworks. Shipping times range from 3-7 business days.
Limited Editions - Shipping times range from 7-14 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available.
Prints - Prints will be shipped to you directly from my print vendors. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
If you are really unhappy with your purchase, text, call or email me and we can chat about about it. I'd love to know why so that I will not have a dissatisfied customer. Then, we can make arrangements for you to return the merchandise. I cannot return the shipping cost however.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS REQUESTS?
Yes! I accepts commissions bookings. More information on the commissions process and application can be found here, or you can contact me directly via our Contact Form.
